Background:

This business plan is requested by instructor of  OPMT4408 for the final exam.

We just created individual & team business plan and E-portfolio couples of weeks ago. Meanwhile, we will graduate from Business Operations Management program this May from BCIT. The industrial project we did before is no pay work for many years.

Goal and Objective:

We will focus on helping students with start-up ventures while in school to make some money for their consulting work when they do the industrial project in the real company. BCIT will work as our partner, and there are a lot resources in BCIT. Both parties will be beneficial from this activity, students get paid, and BCIT can use these industrial project material for education purpose in the future.
