SERVICE MIX
We will charge for 10% of the income from students consulting work, and we also charge industrial company a one-time registration fee, say, $3000.
The added value for our service is that we can provide the professional service just for customers, and they will be beneficial from this industrial project, and they will get more supports from our company in the future if the company doesn’t have enough resources and knowledge.
PRICE STARTEGY
For students industrial project, we will use penetrating strategy, just charge low price
For premium service, such as some projects need more complicated knowledge , we will use skimming strategy to charge a high price.
DISTRIBUTION
Our partners will arrange the distributions.
PROMOTION
We use our website to promote, and we can also use BCIT website to help to promote to support our consulting business.
Visiting the industrial companies to show what we can help them is also an option.
MARKETING SEGMENT
We start from the industrial at which a lot of BCIT graduates work. At first, we can try on a specific area, say, business operations management.
GROWTH STRATEGY
We can use multiple location, at first, we start from BC, and then we can locate to all Canada, even US.
New services will be another option, we can develop more new service packages to support.
